Need help with RV Guru? We're here to help you get the most from the motorhome levelling and awning planning features.

Levelling

For the most accurate levelling measurements, place your phone securely on a flat surface in your motorhome and make sure the vehicle is stationary.

RV Guru uses your phone's sensors together with your vehicle dimensions and configured levelling ramps to calculate the required setup.

Location and the Shadow Simulator

The Shadow Simulator requires access to your location so that RV Guru can calculate the position of the sun for where you are parked.

If the feature cannot determine your location, check that location permission has been granted to RV Guru in your phone's settings.

RV Guru Pro

RV Guru Pro features are unlocked using an in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

If you have previously purchased RV Guru Pro and the Pro features are not available, make sure you are signed into the same store account that was used to make the original purchase.

Reporting a problem

If you contact us about a problem, please include your phone model, whether you are using Android or iOS, and a brief description of what happened. This will help us investigate the issue.
